After the development time of the perm, rinse carefully the hair. Apply the neutralizer on all the curler. Leave in 10 minutes, then unroll the curler and re-apply the neutralizer on all hair. Leave in for 5 minutes. rinse with plenty of water, apply a conditioner and style as usual.
